Start with the work you want more of
A useful redesign starts with a practical conversation: which services matter most, who buys them, and what does someone need to know before calling? That becomes the structure of the new website.
For a trades business, that may mean clearer service pages, project photos and quick quote requests. For a professional service, it may mean explaining an unfamiliar process and making expertise easier to judge. A design should support those different decisions.
A smaller website can still do a proper job
We identify the pages that earn their place. Your homepage introduces the offer; service pages answer specific questions; real work gives people something to assess; and the contact page makes the next step clear.
- A focused structure based on actual services and customer questions.
- Layouts designed for real phones, with readable text and usable controls.
- Clear calls to action, a working enquiry form and direct phone contact.
- Page titles, descriptions, internal links and search indexing checks.
- Analytics and enquiry tracking configured for the agreed scope.
Keep the useful parts of your current website
A redesign does not mean throwing everything away. Existing pages, recognisable branding, helpful explanations and valuable search traffic all deserve a look before anything changes.
We discuss what can stay, what needs rewriting, and which URLs should remain. If an address changes, the migration plan should account for it. Keeping the domain is usually possible even when the hosting or website technology changes.
A practical handover
The build is custom-coded. We explain how content changes will be handled and agree any editing or support requirements before work begins. If your business needs frequent self-service editing, that belongs in the scope from the start.
You will know what is included in the project price, what happens at launch, and which ongoing costs apply. The aim is a website you understand and can confidently put in front of customers.
A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need a complete rebuild?
Not always. If the structure and technology still suit your business, a focused improvement may be enough. We will discuss that before recommending a full redesign.
Can you use my existing photos and logo?
Yes, where you have permission to use them and the quality suits the new layout. We can identify gaps and discuss additional imagery before the build.
Can I keep my email?
Your website and email can be hosted separately. We check the existing DNS and preserve the email records during any hosting changes.
