When you contact us
We collect the name, phone number and any other details you choose to provide, such as an email address, business name, website address and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a proposal and provide services you request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.
Enquiry source and website visits
To understand how enquiries reach us, the website can store session information in your browser and attach it to your enquiry. This includes marketing campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the entry and enquiry pages, referring website, pages visited on this website, visit duration, browser time zone and viewport size. We remove URL fragments and query parameters other than supported marketing parameters.
This context is included in the business enquiry email. Your full browsing history outside this website is not collected. Raw IP addresses and full browser user-agent strings are not added to the enquiry email.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics through the cookie banner. It helps us understand traffic and actions such as phone-link clicks and successful form submissions. We do not send your form answers, name, phone number or email address as Analytics event data. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.
You can revisit your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not stop you submitting an enquiry. Browser or advertising blockers may also prevent measurement.
Providers used to run the service
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Its Turnstile service checks form submissions for abuse, and network information may be processed to provide security and rate limiting. Mailgun sends the enquiry to Spray Media and, if you provide an email address, sends you a separate acknowledgement. Google processes optional Analytics data when enabled.
These providers may process information outside Australia. Their own privacy information is available from Cloudflare, Mailgun and Google.
Storage and access
Enquiries are held in our business email systems. This website does not create a separate database or public archive of form submissions. Limited delivery and error records, including submission references and delivery-provider identifiers, help us diagnose failures. We do not intentionally write full enquiry messages into application logs.
We retain correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry, provide agreed services and meet relevant record-keeping requirements. Contact Mark if you want to request access to, correct or delete information you have supplied. We may need to verify the request and explain any information we need to retain.
